Regarding Pre-Order Items

• Pre-order items are non-refundable.
• If in-stock and pre-order items are purchased together, the shipping time will be based on the pre-order arrival date.
• If a single order contains pre-order items with different arrival dates, all items will be shipped together once all items have arrived. Customers who do not wish to wait are advised to place separate orders.
• The remaining balance for pre-ordered items must be settled within one month after arrival. Orders without completed payment will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
• Customers opting for self-pickup must collect their items within one month after arrival. A storage fee of $5 per day will be charged for items not picked up on time.
• Orders not claimed within six months will be automatically canceled without a refund.
• The estimated arrival time is for reference only. The final shipping date will depend on the supplier's delivery schedule.
• If the supplier delivers fewer items than expected, priority will be given based on the payment sequence. Customers who do not receive the item will receive a full refund. (Credit card payments will be refunded after deducting handling fees.)
• If the product is officially canceled by the supplier, a full refund will be arranged.
• If a product is delayed for more than three months past the estimated arrival date (or more than six months for Be@rbrick products), customers may request a cancellation and refund.
• TINY products are often subject to delays. Refunds will not be issued unless the product is officially canceled by the supplier.
• After an order is canceled, all applied discounts will be voided and will not be reissued.
• Images are for reference only; the final product is subject to the official release.
